Accessibility
This site should work for everyone. Here is where we stand.

What we aim for
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at level AA. We are not claiming we have audited every page against every point of it, because that would not be true. We are saying it is the standard we build to and the one we fix against when something falls short.
What we do
Readable text sizes and contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive labels on forms and images, and layouts that work with screen readers and on any device.
Where we know we fall short
The map is the honest gap. Map tiles are images, so a screen reader cannot read a neighborhood from them. Every home page states its address and the drive time to both hospitals in plain text, which does not need the map at all, and the office will describe any location or route over the phone.
If something is hard to use
Tell us and we will fix it, and in the meantime we will help you do whatever you came here to do, by phone, over email, or in person. Call the office at (573) 886-8939 or email mapleleaf@socket.net. Tell us the page and what went wrong and we will reply within one business day.
Accessible homes
Some of our homes have accessible features, like zero-entry doors and wide entrances. Each home's page lists what it offers, and we are glad to answer questions about any home's layout before you apply. If you need a reasonable accommodation or a modification during your tenancy, ask us; that request is welcome.
