Everything here describes our homes and how renting with us works. Nothing on this website is a lease, a lease offer, or a reservation, and choosing dates here does not hold a home. Leases happen through our application process, in writing.

Prices, dates and availability change

Prices, availability, photos and home details come from our live property records and update automatically. We work to keep them accurate, but a home can rent, or a date can be taken, between your visit and your call. Any monthly total shown next to your dates is an estimate for your planning, not a quote. The signed lease is always the final word.

Applications

Applying happens through our property management system's secure portal, which has its own terms. Application decisions follow our written screening criteria and fair housing law.

Using the site fairly

Please use this site to look for a home. Do not scrape it, copy the listings wholesale, or use it to send unsolicited marketing.

The words, design and photographs we own on this site belong to Maple Leaf Retreats LLC. Please do not reuse them without asking. Map data on this site is © OpenStreetMap contributors, used under their license, and some material belongs to its own owners.
