Concierge Property Management
Your home, kept like ours.
We started with two family cottages on the river and grew one home at a time. Every one is stocked, cleaned and looked after by us, not a management company in another state. Partners get the same care their guests do.

What We Do
Everything between the key and the lease.
Furnishing, cleaning, lawn care, utilities, repairs and the small things in between. You see one monthly statement, not a to-do list.
Travel nurses, relocating families and professionals on assignment, screened before they ever reach you. Quiet neighbors, long stays.
White-glove, concierge care from a local team you can call by name. We are picky about the homes we take on, and it shows in how they are kept.

You keep the house. We furnish it, fill it and care for it, and you get a monthly statement and a home that is looked after. We start with a walk-through and an honest number.
